From the quality of the stream to the easy to use interface, Youtube TV has by far been the best experience for my wife and myself.

If it is available in your area. I was not planning on using it after the free first week because i like Comedy Central and Food Network. But having access to almost all my local tv stations and the majority of the sports stations really helped.

Also the dvr is an excellent bonus. The only way I would switch services is if Sling tv had a live FOX stream in my area.VT USA. As that would be cheaper per month for my needs. My wife and I have to constantly move the scrubber to reload the audio/video in hopes to get the the app to sync the audio and video properly. Unfortunately this almost never works and we have to try again and again until we get it to successfully sync.

Our Xbox One does not have any other apps running. We have quit all apps to make sure all RAM is being used by the YouTube TV app.

Our bandwidth is perfect too. Our Xbox is the only device running getting our full 80mbps WiFi connection. Not sure what else to do to get a flawless viewing experience. However when the basics don't work, it makes this app almost useless to use and unfortunately a 1 star app.:(. Most of which are the major local broadcasting networks. The only channel it doesn't offer is Comedy Central & Travel Channel: easy trade off. The cloud DVR was awesome. Up until recently.

The DVR used to function like a standard DVR recording content as it aired with the ability to fast forward through the commercials. Now, it functions more like On Demand, forcing you to sit through 3, sometimes, 5 online ads. Way to mess up a great thing YouTube TV.
